Ang Sona, Climbing Sherpa

Ang Sona is from Thame in the Khumbu Valley. He is 25 years old and single. This is his third time on Mt. Everest. When he is not climbing, he is a trekking guide in the Khumbu. His favorite trek is to Mt. Everest Base Camp. When not climbing or trekking, he likes to go to the disco and dance.

Ang Pessang, Climbing Sherpa

Ang Pessang is known as a "Star Sherpa" because last year he led the first Nepalese woman to successfully summit Mt. Everest. It took them five days with little snow. Their summit date was May 16. Ang Pessang also summited Mt. Everest with NFB Expedition leader and team member, PV Scaturro and Brad Bull, in 1998.

Ang Pessang lives with his wife, daughter and two sons in Thame. He is a yak driver when not trekking or climbing.
